Mariel suspects that she might be one of the characters in the novel. Who are the others? On a journey through France and the United Kingdom, she will try to connect the text with her own reality.
Faced with an imminent tragedy, a group of friends, living communally in perfect harmony, reevaluates the world from scratch, addressing both the trivial and significant questions from various realms of thought.
Music is within and outside the book, inside and outside the film; it is one of the essential threads that intricately weave through the various levels of the narrative.
Falling Into Revelation
«Devoid of prejudice, one day we are born into a world that others have fabricated. Why should we abide by their rules, why accept the stories and exploits with which others have stitched together a cultural disguise that does not suit us?? Is there danger? Yes, there always is, far from the placid waters of complacency and delusion.»
From the foreword by Gilles Durand.

Opera Of A Journey
«We have sealed the entrance to the inside, to what we really are, and prefer to live facing outwards, towards non-being, in the pathetic party that has been organised for us in the street. We dance and dance, and we believe we are free.»
Pere Parera, a character in the story.
The concert is not the film's soundtrack or the background music of the narrative. The three pieces, whose plots are interwoven and complement each other, share characters and settings. While each of them has its own self-contained structure, it is through the entirety that the work can be appreciated from all its angles.
FALLING INTO REVELATION
The growing intuition that their unconstrained universe might not exist beyond the pages places the characters at the dilemma's edge, right on the brink of a decision that could either save their paradise or irreversibly destroy it.
FILM AND CONCERT
Shot in the United Kingdom and France, the film follows a woman's journey in search of the past that was stolen from her—the same woman who will give voice to the verses of the concert, a contemporary music event that, like the book and the film, aims to construct an alternative paradigm from which it is possible to highlight the volatility of our reality
